Those getting married can choose their regime of their property relations at the time of marriage
of a civil marriage by presenting a declaration of the chosen legal regime of separation.
The regime of property relations can be changed during the marriage and each
a change is noted in the act of civil marriage and in the central electronic register.
Under the legal regime of separation, the rights acquired during the marriage are personal
possession of the spouse who acquired it. Each spouse has the right upon dissolution of marriage to
received part of the value of what the other spouse acquired during the marriage because,
has contributed labor, means, childcare, household work.
If the spouse disposes of the family home which is the personal property of one
husband then the consent of the other spouse will be necessary if they have nothing else in common
own residence or personal property of each of the spouses, but if there is no consent
the disposition is carried out with the permission of the court, which must establish that it is not harmed
the interests of minors and the family.
Spouses are jointly responsible for family obligations and expenses
the needs of the family. Everything purchased by the spouses during the marriage is considered to be for
the needs of the family.
